Interiologic Hosts Charity Event for Calvary Orphanage in Bekasi with JKT48 and Japanese Singer

Posted on Jun 3, 2026

Bekasi, 9 May 2026 — Interiologic gathered partners, sponsors and special guests at Calvary Orphanage in Kebalen, Babelan district, for an afternoon of music, meals and material support for the more than 50 children in residence. The event was covered by Nawacita Post and is part of an ongoing relationship Interiologic has maintained with the orphanage over several years.

An ongoing partnership with Calvary

The visit was not a one-off. Interiologic has been a regular supporter of Calvary, contributing to construction work and facility upgrades over recent years. This time, Managing Director Martin Nugroho used the firm's network to bring partners, sponsors and live entertainment to the children for a single afternoon.

"We hope today's activities can help the children of the orphanage feel more energised in their education and in their daily lives." — Martin Nugroho, Managing Director, Interiologic

Sponsors and partners

Several companies contributed material support to the event:

  • PT Kurnia Cipta Moda (KCG) Group donated clothing for every child at the orphanage.
  • RAMEN YA sponsored the meals served during the afternoon.
  • PT KST (Kreatifitas Sinergisme Teknoindo) made a personal donation through its representatives Judo Kulsayumporn and Milidenia Seng.
  • PT Baluse Perkasa Nusantara contributed via Chief Marketing Officer Fizly Ciputri.

Representatives from each sponsor attended in person and were received by the orphanage residents.

JKT48 and a Japanese guest performer

The most memorable part of the afternoon came when two Japanese public figures joined the gathering. Haruka Nagawa, a member of the JKT48 idol group, and Hiroaki Kato, a Japanese singer, performed for the children and stayed for lunch with the community. They sang together with the kids and spent unhurried time around the meal, which made the day for the younger residents in particular.

About Calvary Orphanage

Calvary Orphanage in Kebalen, Babelan, Bekasi houses children from age three through university age, with several current residents working on their undergraduate theses. Each child's education and daily needs are covered according to their age and circumstances.

"Everything that is happening right now is by and through the power of the Lord Jesus moving the hearts of good people who continue to support this orphanage. We hope for more blessings for our donors, and that we will continue to be enabled to meet the orphanage's daily needs going forward." — Vera, Chair of Yayasan Calvary

Why this matters to us

Bringing companies, public figures and the community together at one event creates the kind of compounding impact that single donors rarely can. We hope this small step inspires more parties to contribute to lifting the quality of life for children in orphanages across Indonesia.
